The past few years will be known for infamy in aerospace sector, where airborne accidents skyrocketed. Even fighter pilots died, not in any combats but during practice sessions & shows, as they didn’t eject. Assetmit Ventures and Holdings therefore incubates “Forensic Genome Intelligence”. An organisation capable to find out the actual fault of such accidents, by investigating the pilots bodies.

Being a person in financial assessment, I found it necessary to incubate this organisation. As we all know that in modern day, one company manufactures aircraft, while another supplies its engines, some providing training to pilots whereas multiple outsourced agencies involved are providing maintenance services. Moreover these people involved in maintance services are contracted & are always on the job hunt rather than dedicated services. This clearly resembles an unorganised sector. All blame goes to the one who lost their lives. One or two incidents can occur where pilots can be blamed, but so many incidents, we must formulate strategies so that such cases can be eliminated.
